POETRY FOR A PLANET IN CRISIS

Visuals created for Rebel Talk, a poetry publication by Extinction Rebellion. The artwork accompanied reflections on climate change, resistance, and collective action, creating visual moments that sat alongside the writing while reinforcing the publication's themes.

The prints were developed through a screen-printing process that incorporated discarded plastic packaging and waste materials as textural tools. Materials contributing to environmental degradation were repurposed to create surfaces resembling barren soil, dried trees, and fractured landscapes. By embedding these materials directly into the making of the artwork, the project connected its visual language to the environmental concerns explored throughout the publication.
