Kawach is an interactive child protection course designed for civil servants across India and hosted on the iGOT Karmayogi platform, with the potential to reach over 35 million government officials nationwide.
The challenge was to transform complex legal frameworks, policies, and child protection systems into an engaging learning experience that could drive meaningful behavioural change. Built around real-life scenarios and interactive storytelling, the course encouraged participants to actively engage with the content rather than passively consume it.
A custom visual language, animations, illustrations, and interactive exercises helped simplify sensitive topics while maintaining their nuance. By combining empathy-driven narratives with practical decision-making tools, Kawach equips civil servants with the knowledge and confidence to respond to child safety concerns in a more informed and child-sensitive manner.
